It’s Almost The 4th of July!
Ready to celebrate?
If you love celebrating the 4th of July with parades, festivals and fireworks, here’s a local quick, list to make your plans! Make note: A lot of the festivities for 2021 are being held on July 3rd.
Independence Fest 2021 – Flower Mound, TX
“Celebrate America’s freedom with the Town of Flower Mound at Independence Fest on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Bakersfield Park!
This year’s event will continue to build on the success of previous years to be a great day of celebration, and, as always, admission and parking are FREE! A full day of activities begins with the annual Children’s Parade on Saturday, July 3, and concludes on Sunday, July 4 with a fantastic evening program of live music featuring performances by Le Freak and headline act Josh Abbott Band. The festival will also include a kid’s zone, car show, a showcase of local vendors, food trucks, and a fireworks finale at around 9:50 p.m. Gates open at Bakersfield Park at 5 p.m.”
4th of July Weekend – Denton, TX
While there are no fireworks this year, there are quite a few activities happening around the city.

Town Parade – Copper Canyon, TX
“Sunday, July 4th at 10:00 a.m. we will celebrate by having our Parade. Come join the fun by decorating your car, golf cart, tractor, motorcycle, horse, or anything that moves. Bring the kids and get ready to have fun! Parade line up will be at 9:30 at Copper Canyon Town Hall and will be led by ESD #1 Fire Department. Immediately following the parade everyone is welcome for hotdogs and drinks at Town Hall.”
July 3 – DOVFD 4th of July Parade from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Parade line-up on Simmons Road north of Cross Timbers. Parade will start at 9:30 am coursing down Cross Timbers Dr. and arriving at John B Wright Park. Picnic will start at 10 a.m. at John B Wright Park.
All American Fireworks & Festival – Roanoke, TX
Festivities will be held on July 3rd starting at 5 PM. You waited long enough, it’s time to enjoy some All American Fun!!!
