Rustico Wood Fired Grill and Wine Bar ~ Exploring Denton County

Francesca Mangini, REALTOR® was thrilled to share one of her favorite “date night” spots with Rustico Wood Fired Grill and Wine Bar in Flower Mound.

Looking for a cozy place for a date night?  Or just wanting to hang out with good friends?

Rustico Wood Fired Grill and Wine Bar at  3701 Justin Rd #150 is the place for you!  Located in the heart of Flower Mound, Rustico is an upscale restaurant with a cool European vibe.

We chose date night.

For starters, we split a Charcuterie Board.  It was beautifully presented with an array of antipasti, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, glazed pecans, pistachios and tabasco jelly.

Troy ordered the lamb chops that practically fell off the bone they were so tender!  He paired his dish with grilled asparagus-yummy.

I ordered the Chicken Rustico with prosciutto and fontina, marsala wine sauce and grilled zucchini.  This is a very popular dish and I can understand why.  It was delicious!

I paired it with the brussel sprouts.  Brussel sprouts you say?  I say “Oh my Gosh!  Heaven in your mouth!”  Definitely a must have.

Needless to say, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and there was simply no room for dessert. 

Guess we have to go back….
