New Developments for Over-55 opening soon
Two new Over-55 communities are slated for North Texas – one in Prosper and one in Aubrey, according to the Nathan Carlisle Homes website.
The new ArrowBrooke active-adult community in Aubrey is located between Denton and McKinney, just north of US-380. It offers an active adult lifestyle within a larger master planned community. Current plans call for 200 single-story homes ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,650 square feet and feature first floor master suites. Prices range from $200,000 to $300,000, and developers expect it to open in early 2019.
Lakes at Legacy in Prosper features 345 single-family homes ranging from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet. Prices from the $300,000’s to $600,000’s, the homes are located within a larger master planned community, Villages at Legacy. Located at the northwest corner of US-380 and Legacy Drive, the community is expected to open in Fall, 2018.
