Sandbrock Ranch: Models Now Open!
Sandbrock Ranch is a new master planned community in Aubrey TX. The 800-acre development will hold 2,600 homes at build out.
Model Homes by David Weekley and Highland Homes opened recently. Perry Homes has a model under construction, and the amenity center is progressing quickly. As of June 22, there were 15 home buyers!
The development is located on part of a 2,400-acre ranch located at FM1385 and Bonar Road in Denton County. Co-owners are Rod Sanders and Jean Ann Brock, Highland Homes founders. Often called the “horse capital” of Texas, Aubrey was founded in 1881 and continues to reflect a small town atmosphere and country life-style. A short drive north of Dallas, Sandbrock Ranch is conveniently located off 380, just west of the Dallas North Tollway.
Homes are predicted to start near $250,000.
