Market Reports for October indicate better trends for buyers
The October 2017 Housing Reports* for Lantana, Argyle & Flower Mound indicate slightly better news for home buyers, as median home prices trended downward compared to a year ago.
In October, buyers saw a few more active listings in Lantana, and homes stayed on the market an average of 51 days.
Homes are moving faster in Argyle right now, averaging 37 days less on the market than a year ago.
Available homes in Flower Mound remain a challenge to buyers, as active listings were down 11.6%.
