Raised in a trilingual household (English, Spanish and Italian), Francesca has had a love affair with Real Estate her whole life.

She has worked as an elementary school teacher in Missouri, Perú, Brazil and Texas.  She studied for a time in Florence, Italy and  owns a small accessory business that she started in 2013.

Presently, she is the 4th grade Team Lead at Wellington Elementary, where she teaches Math and Science in Spanish via the Spanish Immersion Program.   She is well connected in the community as she has lived in the Flower Mound area for over 16 years.

Francesca  joined the well established Seay Group as a Buyer’s Agent to cultivate and strengthen what she loves:  working and  establishing life-long relationships with people and helping them find their dream homes.

Flexible, organized, dedicated, detail orientated, creative, social and professional are all attributes that Francesca exemplifies.  She enjoys working with a variety of buyers and investors.

Real Estate and teaching both require the ability to be fluid and constantly learn new things and Francesca is always up for the challenge.

She also enjoys travel, exercise, cooking, design and spending time with family and friends.
