Flower Mound named Safest City in Texas!
SafeHome.org recently released their rankings of Texas’s Safest Cities, and Flower Mound was ranked No. 1!
SafeHome.org studies several factors when arriving a Safety Score to a city. First and foremost is the FBI’s latest crime report for the city over the last year as well as a city’s crime trends. Both Violent Crimes and Property Crimes are examined and ranked. The number of law enforcement officers per capita are also taken into consideration.
Other suburban cities in the Metroplex named to the SafeHome.org’s top-10 include Allen at #2, Mansfield #4, Frisco #8 and Rowlett #9.
