Pi (often represented by the lower-case Greek letter π), one of the most well-known mathematical constants, is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. In 2009, he United States House of Representatives supported the designation of Pi Day, and an opportunity to celebrate fun, education, pie and all things Pi!
