Median prices rose 1.1% to an average $408,750 in May (compared to May 2018), good news for Lantana sellers for sure!
Good news for Flower Mound sellers – the median price rose 4.3% from this time a year ago, to a median $413,000. Homes are averaging 27 days to sell, with closing taking place 33 days later (average).
Median price for Highland Village homes is up a whopping 8.4% from May 2018. Homes are selling quickly, at an average 21 days on market. Months of inventory is 2.5, similar to a year ago when it was 2.3
