Thirty-One Gifts relocates to Flower Mound. According to Community Impact, “the addition of 650 jobs would make Thirty-One Gifts Flower Mound’s second-largest private employer. Flower Mound will collect sales tax on any Thirty-One Gifts purchase sourced in Texas, which accounts for approximately 5 to 10 percent of the company’s sales. The Town estimates this to translate into $200,000 in new tax revenue annually,” said Flower Mound Director of Communications Molly Fox.
“We’re really excited to begin this next chapter of growth in the Dallas area,” CEO and founder Cindy Monroe said. “We’re looking forward to being part of the local business community and bringing 650 jobs to the region.”
Thirty-One Gifts began distributing it totes and accessories from its Flower Mound location on May 1st.
Korean BBQ Nacho’s are sure to be a favorite menu item when The Brass Tap opens in late May!
The Brass Tap will open late May in the Shops at Highland Village. Offering 60 different beers on tap, and over 100 bottles and cans, the upscale bar & restaurant will offer a full service bar with craft cocktails, wine and a full kitchen with traditional pub fare. A covered outdoor patio will also be available for year-round use. And .. around 20 TV’s, so you won’t miss a moment of your favorite sporting events! Located at 4151 Waller Creek, Suite 130, next to Bath & Body Works. We saw a picture of a menu item, Korean BBQ Nacho’s, on their Facebook Page … now we’re counting the days until they open!!
Iron Den is a women-owned personal training fitness facility located at 1401 Spinks Road in Flower Mound. Offering specialized weight equipment bought from and autographed by Lou Ferrigno, Iron Den focuses on results training for women, men and athletes. Juice Bar, located at 2701 Cross Timbers Road (at corner of Long Prairie Road, in the Kroger shopping center), Ste 238, Flower Mound, opened it’s doors on May 10th. Juice Bar is a vegetarian, gluten-free and “organic when possible” juice and smoothie shop. Smoothie Bowls, power shots, Spring rolls, and sandwiches are also on the menu.
