Go Team!!
Z Grill & Tap, 2321 Cross Timbers, Flower Mound. This upbeat sports bar with American fare can’t be beat for watching sports. Under new management and with a brand new menu that includes Z’s Big Wings, Zoup, fresh Zeafood, pizza and more, you just might have a new Zangout. Live music, an incredible Zappy hour and with 20 hi-definition televisions, you have no excuse to miss a game!
Marty B’s, 2664 FM 407 E, Bartonville, TX 76226. “It’s always a party at Marty B’s” open since 2017. Marty B’s serves up the “four food groups of Texas” with style: Steak, BBQ, tex-mex and craft beer! And in true Texas style, the big game is bigger at Marty B’s with an 11-foot HD screen, so plan on gathering for the big game with your friends, or as the website says “Y’ALL COME ON OUT!”
Now Open! The Tavern at Lakeside, 2600 Lakeside Parkway, #100, Flower Mound 75022. Recently opened, this is the first sports bar to open in Lakeside and it’s pretty great! You’ll enjoy all your favorite things – friends, family, sports, outstanding menu, 20 TV’s showing sporting events, an entire wall of craft beers to choose from, and the most delicious cowboy brisket grilled cheese we’ve every tasted! With bacon jam, y’all!
Buffalo Wild Wings, 3780 Justin Road, Highland Village TX 75077. There’s almost no need to include this classic sports watching venue in our list, but just in case you’re new to the area, we wanted you to know where it’s located so you don’t miss a single game!
Legends Sports Bar, 1940 FM 407, Highland Village. Not only is this a great way to watch the game, but there’s no better place in the area to enjoy billiards and darts, too. With a menu that includes pizza, sandwiches, wings and pasta and daily drink specials, Legends just might become your new neighborhood hangout.
Tapping Soon! The Brass Tap, 4151 Waller Creek, Ste Q130, Highland Village 75077. Unfortunately, they won’t be open in time to watch the March Madness games – a mid-late May opening is scheduled. But add it to your list for future sports event watching parties! Here’s what we’re looking forward to: a neighborhood atmosphere that feels both relaxed and upscale, 20 TV’s (most are 65″ screens), daily specials, live music, over 200 craft beers and unique events every month. Whether your party is large or small, you’ll feel right at home watching the game, catching up with friends and enjoying food from their great menu.
