GLAR Market Reports for September 2018
The GLAR (Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors) Market Reports for September indicate wide variations of data. Argyle had the largest change in data this month, with home prices declining 13% and days on market up 42 days from a year ago. Argyle also has the most months of inventory at 6.7, down from 7.6 homes in September 2017.
The remainder of the areas studied (Hickory Creek, Flower Mound, Lantana and Highland Village) stayed within range of each other.
