Lantana: Buyers were happy with the Lantana market in August. Prices remained steady while inventory rose 20.5% with fast closings of just 31 days.
Flower Mound: Like the Lantana market, Flower Mound buyers found prices remained steady in August, with a robust inventory of homes to choose from. Buyers closed, on average, in 30 days!
Denton County: With Lantana and Flower Mound both located in Denton County, we thought it would be interesting to see how the area fared in August. (Denton County includes the fast-growing area along US Route 380 in North Denton County. Median Prices in Denton County are rising, active listings rose and the days to close mimicked other areas at 32 days. Denton County is the place to be!!
