June Housing Reports Impressive

We’re so happy to share the June Housing Reports with you (it’s fun to share good news!), provided by the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS® (GLAR).

Everything was UP in June in Lantana! Median prices rose 1.6%, Active listings rose a whopping 39.5%, 38 houses closed (up 24.1%) and we have slightly more inventory on hand than we did a year ago. 

The Town of Flower Mound showed equally exciting increases in June! Median prices rose 10.3% compared to a year ago, active listings are up 30.4% and the months of inventory on hand is also up (3.2 compared to 2.3 a year ago).

Just up the road in Argyle, we’re seeing a very slight slow-down from their neighbors in Lantana. Median prices are up 8.2% compared to a year ago, but we saw fewer active listings (down slightly, by 2%) and 12.5% fewer homes closed this month. Homes were selling faster in June, most likely because of supply & demand – Argyle still remains a hot market.
