The Perfect Development for Cowboys Fans is coming to Valley Ranch!
Want to live where the Dallas Cowboy’s once practiced in Valley Ranch? The old practice facility has stood empty since the football team relocated to The Star in Frisco in 2016.
Developer Mehrdad Moayedi has purchased the old Dallas Cowboys headquarters and practice center in Irving’s Valley Ranch. The development will be (appropriately) named “Legends Crossing” and will have about 282 homes at buildout, consisting of modern villas, townhomes and bungalows in a gated community whose streets will be named after Cowboy legends.
Community amenities call for a swimming pool, community center and picnic area for residents. Developers are spending a half-million dollars to move trees and preserve the nice oaks . All the stone from the old building will be recycled into entryways and other elements, to preserve the history that was made there.
Construction is anticipated to begin late this summer with builders Pulte Homes, Oakdale Homes and Our Country Homes. Townhouses are expected to start for less than $250,000 and large villas priced near $450,000.
