The GLAR (Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors) Housing Reports for March, 2018 are in, and … no surprise … median prices are going up! Take a look:
Lantana median prices are up 8.4% from this time in 2017. We have more active listings, are closing more sales, and the months of inventory has also increased.
The Argyle inventory has decreased from a year ago, and active listings are down by 1/3, which has driven median prices up by 26.9% compared to March 2017.
Similarly, Flower Mound‘s median prices have also risen by 6.5% compared to a year ago, and active listings have dropped slightly, by 5.6%.
