It’s no surprise that the GLAR Housing Reports for February 2018 indicates Lantana remains a hot market. Median prices are up 1.9% from a year ago; active listings are up 76.1% for this month, and closed sales are up 76.9%.
Just west of here in Argyle, Market Reports for February 2018 indicated active listings were down 38.4%, but median prices rose 2.9% compared to prices a year ago.
In Double Oak, the Market Reports for February 2018 indicate there are fewer homes, going for higher prices. With a median price of $559,500, home prices are up 8.1% compared to a year ago. Active listings have decreased 11.1% and months of inventory have dropped to 2.3.
