The Oaks of Argyle
The Oaks of Argyle is located in a beautifully wooded area, offering 107 residential lot, 8 acres of parkland, walking trails, creeks and natural play structures. There are 2,400 post oak trees on the 40 acre property.
Parkside at Woodlake
located in southeast Flower Mound, will contain about 40 homes at buildout. 50′ wide by 125′ deep standard homesites, the floor plans range from 2,000 to about 3,500 square feet. Parks and open spaces enhance this family-friendly neighborhood.
River Walk at Central Park
This 158-acre mixed-use development offers single-family homes, multi-family units and luxury townhomes, providing residents a serene place to work, live and play.
Town Lake at Flower Mound
This newest Toll Brothers community will offer oversized home sites, hiking and biking trails and an equestrian trail, in close proximity to Grapevine, Dallas and Fort Worth. Model Homes are under construction now.
